Starting next season, S.C. Fortuna Köln will be partnering with vivenu. The club is making this decision in response to the sustained growth it has seen over the past few months. By choosing vivenu, the “Pearl of the Südstadt” is opting for a ticketing platform that prioritizes technological flexibility and a modern fan experience.
Known affectionately as the "Perle der Südstadt" (Pearl of the South City), Fortuna is bridging its deep-rooted traditions with a modern management approach. The partnership aims to create a unified ticketing infrastructure centered around both fans and the organization. Moving forward, the club will operate within a connected digital ecosystem where tools like Shopify and HubSpot integrate seamlessly via APIs. By breaking down existing data silos, the club will eliminate time-consuming manual workflows and reduce the margin for error. This modular setup offers maximum operational flexibility while providing fans with a comfortable, intuitive, and modern purchasing journey.
